As the vessel launches, prepare to savour the famous abalone starter followed by an opportunity to learn to shuck oysters. Enjoy a delicious soup, scallop bake, and apple cake. Further beverages are available for purchase. These dishes will be intertwined with searching for an aurora, storytelling, stargazing, and looking for marine life.
