VIKTIG INFORMATION
There are 125 steps down and up from the cave, equivalent to an 8-storey building. Every ten steps there is a landing and a handrail all the way down.
Please check in at reception and present your printed or mobile tickets 15 minutes before the tour begins. Tours leave promptly.
Please have your printed or mobile tickets open and ready upon arrival at reception.
Tours are not suitable for small babies/children under the age of 3 years.
Buggies and strollers are not permitted in the cave.
All visitors must wear a hard hat, which will be supplied to you at the beginning of the tour, as the cave passage is low in places.
No animals allowed in the cave.
Tours leave on the hour and cannot be joined at a later stage due to a late arrival.
No food or drink within the cave.
Flash photography is allowed.
Go to the reception desk at the visitor center with your mobile or printed tickets.
