Depending on the ferry schedule, the journey from the meeting point in Bodø to the Kjerringøy peninsula takes around 45 minutes. The view from the ferry harbour makes the waiting time pass unnoticed. As we arrive at Kjerringøy, we begin exploring the many white‑sand beaches with crystal‑clear, turquoise water. We then stop by the historic trading post for a short lunch break. Please bring your own food, as lunch is not included. In summertime, the traditional café is open, offering locally sourced meals. If the museum is open, you may visit with a guided tour. Please note that food and drinks at the café, as well as museum tickets, are not included. After lunch, we continue beach hopping along the coastline. We end the trip with a small picnic of snacks and drinks. Your guide will take photos throughout the experience, giving you meaningful memories to bring home.
