Begin your journey with a pickup from your hotel in Delhi. Relax in your private air-conditioned vehicle as the urban landscape gradually gives way to the countryside on the 3.5–4-hour drive to Agra.

On arrival in Agra, begin with the magnificent Taj Mahal, the celebrated white-marble mausoleum commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of Mumtaz Mahal. Walk through its formal gardens and admire the symmetrical design, marble craftsmanship, decorative inlay, and architectural details while your guide explains the monument's history and enduring legacy.

Continue to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest examples of Mughal imperial architecture. Explore its monumental gateways, courtyards, audience halls, palaces, and royal chambers, including Diwan-i-Am, Diwan-i-Khas, Jahangir Palace, and Khas Mahal. Your guide will share stories of the Mughal rulers who lived within the fort and its connection with the Taj Mahal.

Take a break at a local restaurant and enjoy traditional Mughlai cuisine, with options such as biryani, kebabs, curries, and freshly prepared breads (not included).

Visit Itimad-ud-Daulah's Tomb, affectionately known as the Baby Taj. Explore its peaceful garden setting and admire the delicate marble work, fine stone inlay, carved details, and elegant proportions. Learn how this smaller mausoleum represents an important development in Mughal decorative architecture.

If time permits, you may choose to visit Mehtab Bagh, a historic Mughal garden across the Yamuna River. The garden offers a distinctive viewpoint toward the Taj Mahal and is particularly attractive during softer afternoon light. Entrance and transportation for this optional visit are not included.

If desired, explore Agra's traditional markets and artisan workshops specializing in marble inlay, carpets, leather goods, handicrafts, and other souvenirs. Shopping is optional and all purchases are at your own expense.

After completing the included sightseeing, begin the approximately 3.5–4-hour drive back to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi and return to your hotel or preferred drop-off location, concluding your Agra heritage experience.
