This small-group Northern Lights expedition is designed around safety, advanced forecasting, and flexible routing. Group size is limited to a maximum of 8 guests, allowing efficient movement, controlled pacing, and access to remote viewing areas that larger tours (Bus) cannot reach.

The route is planned using advanced space-weather and aurora data, combined with live cloud cover, wind direction, and local Arctic conditions. Each night’s chase adapts to the forecast, covering coastal areas, mountain corridors, and inland valleys around Tromsø. When weather conditions indicate clearer skies further east, the route may extend into Finnish Lapland. No fixed locations are used; all stops are weather-dependent.(Passports Needed)

Pickup is provided from hotels and Airbnbs within a 5 km radius of Tromsø city center, ensuring a smooth start in winter conditions. Transportation is handled in a heated vehicle (Big Mercedes Van) suited for long-distance Arctic driving.

Guests are equipped with thermal suits to stay comfortable in sub-zero temperatures (-20 Degrees). During the tour, vegetarian-friendly snacks and hot drinks are offered. Stops are adjusted based on safety, road conditions, and aurora activity.

Northern Lights photography is included. Full-resolution images are shared without watermarks or additional fees. Assistance with camera settings is provided when conditions allow.
