Madeira West coast: Guided Sightseeing E-Bike Tour

Explore the most beautiful areas of Madeira's coast on a powerful and comfortable e-bike. With your guide, cycle on a road that lets you enjoy the magnificent coastal views and leads you through the picturesque valleys and mountains.

Get picked up from your accommodation head toward Prazeres to set off on your cycling adventure. Begin at Prazeres town and go along the quiet and beautiful forest roads filled of pine trees and eucaliptus.

We make a first stop at the amazing valley of Lombada dos Marinheiros where we can see the Levada, the old terraces and beautiful sea view.

Continuing on the road we get to see the farmer's houses and fields as well as the old irrigation systems used by them.

We reach the village of Ponta do Pargo where we pass through the picturesque town centre with cosy cafes, the church, surrounded by incredible green valleys that starts from the mountains in Paul da Serra and descends until the sea. Here we can make a coffee break (optional).

Also in Ponta do Pargo we have one of the highlights of the Tour which is the visit to Miradouro do Fio on the west most point of Madeira. Here the view ove the coastal cliffs and the sea are incredible and we often can see the difference in weather between the south and the north.

From this point we start to go back to Prazeres enjoying the uphill power of the electric bikes while admiring the mountains of Fonte do Bispo and fantastic valleys in Amparo and Maloeira.

We reach the starting point in Prazeres after around 30 klms of riding.
Your e-bike tour will end where it started. From there you will be driven back to your accommodations.
