1st Day Start Tour: Travel from Negombo or Colombo Airport to Sigiriya and spend the night in Kandy.

Day 2: Kandy city tour and overnight stay in Kandy

On day 3 we will depart for Nuwara Eliya and end our tour there.

• Negombo to Sigiriya: ~146 km (around 3-4 hours drive).
• Sigiriya to Kandy: ~90 km (about 2.5-3 hours drive).
• Kandy to Nuwara Eliya: ~73-74 km (around 2 hours drive)

1st day
This tour begins with an early morning pickup from Negombo, Colombo, or the Airport, heading along the highway to Kurunegala for an optional breakfast stop. The first official stop is the World Heritage Dambulla Cave Temple, famed for its ancient rock-cut shrines, murals, and golden statues. Afterward, enjoy views of Kandalama Lake before arriving in Sigiriya.
Here, you choose between climbing the historic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (Lion Rock) or Pidurangala Rock, which offers panoramic views and the perfect photo opportunity of Sigiriya itself. The day concludes with potential visits to the Nalanda Gedige and Matale Sri Muthumariamman Hindu Temples if time permits, before dropping you off at your hotel in Kandy for your overnight stay.

Day 2 begins with a cultural immersion into the city of Kandy. The itinerary blends history, nature, and traditional performances.
Key visits include the UNESCO World Heritage Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic—Sri Lanka's most significant Buddhist site—and a leisurely stroll around the scenic Kandy Lake next door.
You will also visit the towering Bhairawakanda Vihara Buddha Statue, perched high on a hill, which provides stunning panoramic views of the entire city.
The day’s activities often conclude with a vibrant traditional Kandyan Cultural Dance show, featuring music, acrobatics, and fire walking.
Optionally, you can explore the historic 14th-century "Three Temples Loop" outside the city: Gadaladeniya, Embakke (known for wood carvings), and Lankathilaka. After a full day of exploration, you will be dropped off at your Kandy hotel for the night

Day 3 takes you from Kandy to the scenic "Little England" of Nuwara Eliya, winding through Sri Lanka's stunning tea country.
The journey includes stops at the unique Ambuluwawa Tower and the Mahaweli Seya Stupa in Kotmale. Next, you visit the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple for views of the Kotmale valley before heading to the Ramboda Viewpoint to see the surrounding mountains and Ramboda and Poona Falls.
You will stop to admire the majestic, multi-tiered Ramboda Falls up close before visiting a tea factory to learn about the production process and enjoy a tasting.
Upon arriving in Nuwara Eliya, you’ll see charming colonial architecture, including the historic red-brick post office. The day concludes with optional exploration of attractions like Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, or the Seethada Amman Temple before being dropped off at your hotel, concluding the tour
