Your journey begins at the Ben Nevis Visitor Centre in Glen Nevis, just outside Fort William. From here, you’ll set out on the Pony Track, the most popular and accessible route to the summit.
The hike takes approximately four hours to reach the top, winding through breathtaking Highland landscapes. Along the way, your experienced and knowledgeable mountain guide will share insights about the area’s natural beauty and history. The path is loose and rocky at times, providing a challenging but highly rewarding climb. Expect stunning panoramic views from the summit—weather permitting!
This guided walk is suitable for most people with good fitness and stamina. Prepare for a full day in the mountains, with a total walking time of around eight hours.
