You can find First Lady at the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. Look for the black awning featuring the First Lady logo. Once there, take the stairway down to the riverwalk level to reach the box office.
Upon arrival, please check in with one of our Guest Service Ambassadors or visit the box office—they’ll be happy to direct you to the correct boarding gate. For self-service, a departure board is also located next to the box office with up-to-date tour departure gate information.
