- Store credit: receive a €75 store credit to use on any item in the boutique, excluding any services such as bag spa, repairs and authentication. The voucher expires on the day of the activity. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Any value unused will be deemed forfeit.
- Champagne and treats: Indulge in one (1) glass of complimentary champagne or Prosecco, a selection of artisan teas and coffees, plus chocolate pralines
- Personal Shopping Concierge: Receive tailored advice and VIP treatment from our knowledgable associates to help you find the perfect item
- Authenticity Guarantee: Shop confidently with assurance that every piece is verified for authenticity

- Additional champagne/Prosecco: a surcharge of €20 per glass applies
- Entrupy certificate: a fee of €50 applies. For Hermes bags, a €160 charge applies. The certificate will be issued in both digital and print form.
- Additional time: a 45-minute slot applies for each booking. Parties, whether booked together or otherwise, will still be limited to a maximum of 45-minutes.
- Transportation: excluded. Parties must arrange their own travel requirements at their own expenditure. Our boutique is located inside the Vienna Marriott hotel and is easily reachable by public transport. The hotel concierge will gladly escort you to our boutique.
