Depart from Beijing for a hassle-free day trip to Pingyao Ancient City (approximately 13 hours in total). A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world, Pingyao offers a fascinating glimpse into China’s rich history and traditional culture. Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your downtown Beijing hotel according to your high-speed train schedule and transferred to the high-speed rail station.
Upon arrival at Pingyao High-Speed Rail Station, your private guide will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. You will then head to Pingyao Ancient City for approximately 6 hours of guided exploration.
After the tour, your guide will escort you back to Pingyao High-Speed Rail Station for your return high-speed train to Beijing. Upon arrival at Beijing High-Speed Rail Station, a private transfer will take you back to your hotel, bringing this comfortable and seamless day tour to a smooth conclusion.
