Next, drive to the Garni Temple, the only pagan temple in Armenia and the region. The drive takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the tour of the temple lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Admire the temple’s unique architecture and learn about its history.
After visiting Garni, continue to the Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The monastery is a medieval complex carved into a cave, and the tour takes about 1 hour. Marvel at the intricate carvings and the serene atmosphere of this ancient site.
