Açıklama

Sip where wine was born (sorry France & Italy). From cave cellars to jazz bars, Armenia serves 6,000 years of history, hedonism & heroic pours. Bring stretchy trousers.
Day 1
Arrive at Zvartnots Airport: we’ll be there with a Tipple Tours sign and zero judgment about your tracksuit. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and pub crawl with fellow wine pilgrims: nothing bonds strangers like clinking glasses and questionable karaoke. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 2
City tour: Republic Square, Cascade Complex, Victory Park, Opera House, Freedom Square, and the History Museum: where you’ll learn Armenia made wine before calendars. Winery stop at Gevorkian. Evening on Saryan Street (Wine Bar Row): locals who can out-toast you, live jazz and maybe a taxi driver who adopts you. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 3
Drive into Aragatsotn, land of vineyards and mountain views. Stop at Armenia Wine Factory—shiny machines meet ancient grape wisdom. Wine Museum: archaeology + alcohol = dream school trip. Boutique stop at Van Ardi—Silicon Valley coder turned winemaker. Sip reds while Mount Ararat photobombs. On the way back: Yerevan Brandy Factory—learn the difference between brandy, cognac, and “oops.” Optional: Wine & Grape Spa—Cleopatra with more pinot. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 4
Explore Zvartnots Temple ruins (7th century, UNESCO). Winery visits: Alluria (boutique whites) and Voskevaz (cellars straight out of Indiana Jones). Visit Echmiadzin Cathedral, the world’s oldest Christian cathedral. Optional prayer for your liver. Evening free in Yerevan (translation: more bars). Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 5
Head south into vineyard country. Tastings at Noa (Swiss-backed precision) and Tushpa (family warmth, silky reds). Visit Khor Virap Monastery, perched before Mount Ararat like a postcard. Explore Areni-1 Cave—the world’s oldest winery (c. 4000 BC), aka birthplace of the hangover. Overnight at Areni Wine Art Guesthouse: vineyard views, homemade food.

Day 6
Visit Noravank Monastery, perched in a canyon. Tastings at Old Bridge (epic reds, epic views) and KRYA (grapes treated like royalty). Drive to Lake Sevan, one of the world’s largest high-altitude lakes. Cheese tasting with the Mikaelyans—wine-soaked, brandy-washed, nut-studded creations. Overnight at Tsaghkunk Guest House, hosted by chef Yuri—award-winning, endlessly charming.

Day 7
Tour + tasting at Manukyan Brandy Factory—liquid breakfast of champions. Visit Garni Temple, Armenia’s Greco-Roman gem. Watch lavash bread baked in a tonir oven, eat it hot with cheese and herbs…with wine. Explore Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO-listed wonder carved into the mountain. Return to Yerevan for dinner and drinks. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 8
Stop at Sardarapat Memorial, honouring Armenian resilience. Tastings at Jraghatspanyan (bold, modern) and Karas (one of Armenia’s finest). Return to Yerevan for the Farewell Feast—mountains of food, rivers of wine, endless toasts, laughter, maybe tears. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 9
Free morning for shopping, photos, or buying an extra suitcase for wine. Airport transfer. End of tour—but not of the WhatsApp chat, which will echo with “remember that time…” for years.
