Arrive at lunchtime in Radomira, a charming village nestled in plush grasslands on the mountainside, with a unique mix of traditional and industrial buildings. Relax by the glacial waters of the Black Lake, enclosed with thick greenery that creates a mystical aura, and breathe the pure air.
You’ll be welcomed at the guesthouse for dinner that evening and breakfast in the morning. Rest up for your hike to Korab’s peak along the moderately difficult trail. Refuel with a picnic lunch and plenty of water breaks, and be sure to enjoy the scenes of valleys, lakes, and forests.
Notice the mountains’ biodiversity, from ancient oaks whose colors reflect the season, to grassy fields where shepherds care for their sheep. Get the best view from the peak, and see the full glory of the Balkans. Take your time hiking back to Radomira, and relax on the drive back to Tirana.
