A wonderful tango show located in a centenary building in downtown Buenos Aires. Enjoy an elegant and sophisticated show accompanied by the best of Buenos Aires gastronomy and talented artists.
The building where this fine establishment is located was an Italian mutual aid society, dedicated to helping the hundreds of thousands of Italian immigrants who arrived in the country at the end of the 19th century. In addition to providing aid, this place became a gathering point for the Italian community here in the city where the Italians kept their traditions and culture alive in large dances, events, meetings, parties and celebrations.
Today Mansión Tango is dedicated to keeping the legacy of this ancient organization alive, paying homage to the Italians who were so instrumental in the development of tango in the city as well as other communities that participated in its creation.
Their show stands out for showing through their live orchestra and professional team of dancers the evolution of tango through the decades. Starting with old tangos from the end of the 19th century, passing through milongas and reaching the 1930's with the appearance of great composers and famous singers.
