Join us in our elegant cooking studio and learn how to prepare traditional Albanian byrek from scratch, using fresh local ingredients while discovering the stories and traditions behind one of Albania’s most loved dishes. Depending on the day, you may prepare a classic cheese or spinach byrek.

After a warm welcome with a small shot of traditional Albanian raki, you’ll meet your host and fellow travelers, put on your apron, and start your culinary experience. You’ll prepare the dough, filling and byrek step by step, learning techniques that you can easily recreate at home.

While the byrek is baking, enjoy a taste of local Albanian olive oil with bread and discover another essential part of our food culture.

Once the cooking is complete, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the byrek we’ve prepared together, paired with a glass of carefully selected Albanian wine or a non-alcoholic alternative.
