Exquisite Imperial Cuisine Tasting:
All dishes are crafted following the etiquette and recipes of the iconic Manchu-Han Imperial Feast to recreate authentic delicacies once exclusively served to imperial families.
The signature Jujube Wood Roasted Forbidden City Peking Duck features crisp, glossy skin with a subtle honeyed aroma and tender, juicy duck meat.
The specialty dish Wan Yun Xiang (Fists Held in Salute) is carefully prepared with premium ingredients such as sea cucumber and beef tendon, offering rich nutrition and a mellow, layered flavor.
Live Immersive Royal Banquet Performance:
A grand live theatrical show themed on the Chinese Imperial Banquet transports guests back to the Qianlong Period of the Qing Dynasty, presenting the spectacular 80th birthday celebration of Empress Dowager Cixi in full immersive detail.
Throughout the dinner service, a cast portraying a retinue of royal chefs and Qing dynasty palace ladies delivers vocal performances and traditional costume runway shows, allowing guests to fully appreciate the grandeur, solemn rituals and elegant bearing of ancient imperial banquets.
