Afterward, wander into the vibrant Anping Old Street. Known as Taiwan’s first street, it is a maze of narrow alleys filled with traditional shops, local eateries, and cultural crafts. Taste famous Tainan delicacies such as oyster omelets, shrimp rolls, and handmade tofu pudding.

The journey culminates at the enchanting Anping Tree House, a former warehouse overtaken by massive banyan trees. Their roots and branches have grown through the walls, floors, and windows, creating a surreal fusion of nature and architecture. Walking inside feels like stepping into another world where time has stopped, and nature has reclaimed human spaces.
