After a brief instruction on how to use the stand up paddle (SUP) board, we enter the water in front of Copacabana beach, with all equipment included and accompanied by a guide and instructors. As we paddle towards the horizon, the sky begins to turn shades of gold and pink. You will see the sun rise behind Copacabana Fort, illuminating Sugarloaf Mountain and the entire coastline, creating a magical setting. During the tour, there is time to take a deep breath, take photos, relax, and enjoy the privileged view, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The experience is safe, peaceful, and perfect for those seeking a connection with nature at dawn. Ideal for beginners and also for those who already have some experience.
