Discover the most famous icons of Rio de Janeiro in one day. This tour will take you to the most emblematic places of the city, a complete experience to get to know the heart of Rio!
Start your adventure with pick-up at your accommodation between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, depending on the season. We will confirm the exact time at the time of booking. Pick-up service is available in several areas of Rio de Janeiro, including Barra da Tijuca (with an additional charge of R$ 30), Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo and Downtown.
The tour begins with a visit to Christ the Redeemer, one of the seven wonders of the modern world, where you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the city and Guanabara Bay. Next, you will climb Sugarloaf Mountain, one of Rio's most iconic peaks, known for its breathtaking 360-degree view of the city, the sea and the surrounding mountains. You will take the famous cable car to the top for a unique experience.
The tour also includes a stop at the Maracana Stadium, known worldwide for hosting two World Cup finals. Although you will not enter the stadium, you will have a view of the facilities from the outside. Next, you will tour the Sambadrome, the site of Rio's famous Carnival parades, and the St. Sebastian Metropolitan Cathedral, an icon of the city's modern architecture.
You will visit the colorful Lapa Arches and the vibrant Selarón Staircase, a symbol of Rio's urban art, with its famous multicolored tiles. Finally, the tour includes a panoramic view of the Tijuca Forest and some of the most famous beaches, without stops, but from where you can admire the scenery.
