The journey begins with a 25-minute drive to the Pedra Branca Waterfall, where you’ll have about an hour to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters amidst nature. From there, take a short, easy 10-minute trek to Alambique Pedra Branca, a cachaça distillery. Learn how this iconic Brazilian spirit is made and savor a variety of cachaça flavors during a 40-minute visit.
Next, hop back in the jeep for a ride to a local restaurant, where you can enjoy a self-service lunch (optional, not included) in a serene setting surrounded by nature. After lunch, visit the Engenho D’Ouro Distillery for another chance to learn about cachaça production and taste unique, exotic varieties.
The adventure continues with a stop at the historic Caminho do Ouro (Gold Trail) to gain insight into its fascinating history. Following this cultural pause, a short five-minute hike leads you to the Toboggan Falls, a natural waterslide perfect for some thrilling fun, and the Tarzan Waterfall, where you can swing on a rope into deep pools of refreshing water.
