Just beyond a peaceful rural town, you’ll discover an organic wine estate spread across 1,300 hectares of vineyards, cultivating Mavrud, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Dimyat, and Rkatsiteli using sustainable, organic practices. Here, wine comes alive: stroll through the estate and experience the full “vine-to-bottle” process, witnessing every step of the craft.
Along the way, pause at a curated space celebrating Thracian-inspired treasures and the local wine legacy—a boutique showcase bridging the rich past with today’s artisanal pleasures.
The tasting experience includes five house-crafted wines, paired with thoughtfully selected artisanal bites: homemade spelt bread, cured meats, and cheeses.
Your journey culminates in a hearty buffet-style lunch featuring grilled favorites, seasonal sides, and fruit. All of this is served against the backdrop of breathtaking panoramic views, in a relaxed and authentic setting where the region’s flavors truly shine.
