Incomplete documentation will prevent you from boarding and clearing customs smoothly. It is recommended that tourists arrive at the pier 45 minutes in advance for ticket inspection and customs procedures. Entry to the gate closes 10 minutes before departure to avoid missing your ferry and delaying your trip. You can bring a reasonable amount of personal luggage free of charge when traveling by ferry, so you don't have to worry about carrying too much.

Special Note: It takes 15-25 minutes to walk from the immigration gate to the tour bus parking lot. Please allow sufficient time to avoid missing your ferry.
