Horseback riding in Beijing surprises people — it feels like something that should be far away, but it’s actually super close. From Chaoyang, it’s only about 30 minutes to open fields and quiet ranches where locals come for a quick, peaceful break.
Out here, the city fades fast. One moment it’s glass towers and traffic, the next it’s soft grass, trees, and calm horses enjoying the sun. Everything just feels slower, softer, and a lot more real — nothing touristy.
No riding experience needed. Most people here are beginners, and the coaches guide you gently through how to sit, hold the reins, and move with the horse at an easy, comfortable pace.
All riding equipment is provided. If you prefer brand-new gloves, you can bring your own or purchase a fresh pair on-site. We do recommend wearing durable pants and hard-soled sneakers for extra comfort and safety.
We’ll also help you take photos and short videos during the ride, so you can keep those good moments with you.
After riding, we finish with a cozy dinner nearby — a relaxed way to end the day.
Our return time will depend on the dinner schedule and the high-speed train we take back. We’ll let you know the exact timing one day before the activity, so everything stays clear and easy for you.

We’ll meet at Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station and take a high-speed train to Miyun. From there, a short 15-minute taxi ride takes us to the ranch. Fast and safe way.
