For more than 2 hours, we will be in the kitchen of our restaurant located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center with two professional chefs!
You will learn how to cook the most delicious desserts in Colombia, guided by our chefs Astrid and Danna. These teachers not only love to teach, but also to learn from travelers about their cultures.
We will start with stuffed buñuelos, a Colombian classic. We will teach you everything from how to mix the dough to the art of frying them so that they are perfectly golden and crispy. Then, you will learn how to fill them with options such as dulce de leche, bocadillo (guava), or cream cheese, adapting the flavors to your tastes.
Afterwards, we will explore the charm of enyucado, a typical dessert made with yuca and cheese, which we will accompany with artisanal ice cream. You will learn the secrets to achieving its smooth texture and that perfect balance between sweet and salty.
