Agriculture and livestock are part of local life. We will visit a bovine dairy farm (from a local producer) and follow the process of the Holstein-Frisian milking cows. The milking procedure is done mechanically by means of a mobile machine outdoors in full natural pasture. The Visitors have the opportunity to meet the producer, walk in full natural pasture and capture “images and sensations” that the surrounding environment provides.
Another aspect of the itinerary corresponds to greenhouses vegetables production. The farm we will see is immersed in nature surrounded by green pasture lands, making it a very pleasant place to stopover.
It is also part of the itinerary a walk towards the coast area through old agricultural trails and vineyards paths made of clay and lava surrounded by stone structures.
