• Shared shuttles are based on scheduled departures and established routes. We recommend you take private transport if you would like to choose at your best convenience the schedule and route you will be traveling.
• Each passenger is allowed one carry-on (handbag) and one piece of luggage (suitcase). An additional payment is required for each extra luggage or large item. This information must be indicated at the time of making the reservation.
• Please provide the pick-up and drop-off locations (airport, hotel, private home, or identifiable landmark). • Approximate pick-up time will be scheduled once the reservation is confirmed and will depend on the pick-up location. Please provide the pick-up location so we can give you an approximate pick-up time. • The pick-up time may vary without notice depending on road traffic and other pick-ups. • The driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the pick-up location for a passenger. If the passenger doesn't show up 10 minutes past the pick-up time they will be considered No Show and the driver will continue. • Please be ready 15 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time. • In most cases, shared shuttles provide door-to-door service. However, sometimes a particular hotel is located outside the area’s main hotel zone, and the shuttle will not provide this door-to-door service. In these cases, a taxi can take you to the shuttle pick-up or your final destination.
