Meet your guide at ACT Co., Ltd., a 3-minute walk from Himeji Station, and travel by car to the starting point of your cycling adventure. Get a brief explanation of the e-bike specifications and practice riding before setting off.
Cycle through idyllic rice fields, stopping at Niwata Shrine, famous for the oldest description of sake brewing in Japan, recorded in the Harima Fudoki. Visit Harima no Kuni Ichinomiya "Iwa Shrine" and other mythical sites and historical shrines, learning about the history and mythology of sake brewing.
Enjoy a healthy fermented food lunch at Oimatsu Dining, featuring dishes made with local ingredients. After lunch, tour a sake brewery on Yamazaki Sake Brewery Street, where you can learn about the sake production process and the history and traditions of local sake brewing.
Travel back to Himeji Station by car, where your tour concludes.
