Learn how to make paella with a cooking lesson on a beautiful rooftop terrace in the Poblenou district of Barcelona. Sit out in the sun to dine, and enjoy a drink of Sangria or Vermouth.
Meet your instructor and then head out onto the rooftop to start the lesson. First, listen to a brief explanation about traditional coastal rice dishes. Next, prepare the broth. While the broth is boiling, cut the vegetables and begin to prepare the cuttlefish that is added to the dish.

When the rice is finished, bring it out onto the rooftop terrace. Sit down in the hot sun and eat the paella that you prepared. Make some Sangria or Vermouth as well, to drink after lunch. Chat with your friends or family and soak up the atmosphere outdoors in the warm weather.
