Açıklama

Discover how the Goiburu family has been making artisanal cheese for more than seven generations in one of Gipuzkoa's historic farmhouses.
For more than 200 years, the Goiburu family has been making D.O. Idiazabal shepherd's cheese in a completely artisanal way in Ondarre, a mid-16th-century farmhouse in the medieval heart of Segura.
On our guided visit to Ondarre, we show you everything: our Latxa sheep, the barn, the cheese factory, the museum, and we finish with the best food tasting of Idiazabal D.O. Cheese from the Basque Country.
Get to know an authentic family cheese factory, visit a farmhouse that's more than 500 years old, discover the traditional process of making Idiazabal cheese, and enjoy a guided food tasting of award-winning cheeses.
