During this tour your local guide will take you to Pamplona's best bars to savour the city’s finest pintxos. These delicacies will be paired with your choice of wine, beer, vermouth or soft drinks.
With your local guide you will visit four different venues in Pamplona's Old Town to savour the city’s finest pintxos (the typical local gastronomical snacks) just like locals do. These delicacies will be paired with your choice of wine, beer, vermouth or soft drinks. Discover spots that otherwise you might not have found.
Between tastings we will explore the most important sites of Pamplona's beautiful Old Town. The tour will be in a small group with a maximum of 10 participants. This means that you can easily ask questions and take advantage of your local guide’s knowledge of the city and it’s culinary culture. Also suitable for vegetarians!
Included in the tour are 5 mouth-watering pintxos paired with 3 alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The tour ends with a dessert plus a cup of coffee or tea. Your local guide will provide you with background information and explanations of the main sights in downtown Pamplona. You will learn how to drink from the traditional leather wine bag. Finally suggestions for the rest of your stay in Pamplona will be given.
The tour starts at the Encierro (Running of the Bulls) Monument, on the corner of Pamplona's Avenida Roncesvalles and Avenida de Carlos III el Noble. Your
guide will be waiting for you in front of the statue.

The minimum age for this tour is 18 years because of possible crowded bars and the slight alcohol focus of this tour
This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. So it is unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or wheelchairs
Depending on the crowds we will either be sitting or standing in the bars or outside if weather permits
The tour covers a full meal for an average appetite
The tour is in English, German or Dutch
This tour is suitable for vegetarians, pescatarians and teetotalers. Not recommended for a gluten sensitive or vegan diet. Guests with serious food allergies will need to sign an allergy waiver at the start of the tour
Go to the corner of Avenida Roncesvalles and Avenida de Carlos III el Noble in Pamplona and your guide will be waiting for you in front of the Encierro monument (the Running of the Bulls statue)
