With step-by-step guidance, the techniques stay approachable whether you’re brand new to sushi or already know your way around a cutting board. Once both rolls are ready, you’ll sit down and enjoy the two-course meal you made from scratch. Bring your appetite and your curiosity — store-bought sushi may have some explaining to do.
