In this beginner-friendly class hosted at a local Nashville brewery, Chef Dylan will take you from never having touched a bamboo mat to confidently rolling a classic California roll and a bright, fresh mango veggie roll that looks every bit as good as it tastes. He breaks down each step without making it feel like a lecture, from getting your rice to the right texture to cutting your sushi into clean, even pieces that hold together beautifully.
