We’ll begin with an all-levels coastal yoga flow at Fort Allen Park, designed to help you stretch, breathe, and settle into the evening while taking in the waterfront views. Whether you practice regularly or have never rolled out a mat before, the experience is relaxed and approachable.

After class, linger by the water for a sunset-inspired toast with a glass of wine and enjoy the softer evening light over Casco Bay. It’s a simple way to slow down, take in the coast, and experience Portland from one of its most scenic waterfront spots.

From there, you’re perfectly positioned to continue your evening in Portland, whether that means dinner, drinks, a walk along the waterfront, or exploring the Old Port.
