  • 3. Pinakbet ( Mix-Mix Vegetable Dish), Pinakbet is made with a variety of mixed vegetables flavored with coconut milk & choice of shrimp, pork, or chicken.
  • 4. Fish In Vinegar Sauce (Inun-Onan,Bisaya), A notable Visayan version of the fish dish spiced primarily with ginger, as well as onions, shallots, pepper, salt, and sometimes green chilis.
  • 5. Fresh Halo Halo in Coconut , Fresh Fruits mixed inside coconut, topped with a choice of ice cream.
