Levi: 2-Hour Snowmobile Safari Led by Local Guides

In the 60's Samí reindeer herders traded in their skis for snowmobiles making quick access to remote pastures possible.
Now it’s your turn to take the reins and experience the thrills of gliding through the vast wilderness.

Our adventure begins at our authentic Reindeer Farm, where you’ll have the option to snap photos with our friendly Rudolf before setting off.

Led by experienced indigenous Samí guides, you’ll be introduced to the traditions and basics of snowmobiling to ensure a safe and exciting journey for all. Then hop onto our modern, low-emission 4-stroke touring snowmobiles – built specifically for comfort and performance in Arctic conditions. To protect the planet we love, carbon offsetting is included with every safari.

Our 25 km route winds across frozen lakes and through snow-blanketed forests. Over half of the journey takes place on our private land and snowmobile tracks, offering a more exclusive and safer experience than the busy public routes.

Midway through, we’ll pause at our cozy private wilderness hut/tepee. Warm up by the fire and take part in a traditional Samí gáfeboddu — sipping hot drinks and sharing stories under the Northern skies.

Each snowmobile is shared between two participants, giving you the chance to switch between driving and soaking in the scenery (drivers must be 18+ with a valid physical driver’s license accepted in Finland).

Children under 140 cm and paying the child’s rate will ride in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile.
Children over 140 cm may sit behind an adult on a snowmobile with an adult ticket.
This activity is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
