For Departure Meet & Greet Service, the service will begin three (3) hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. For example, if your flight departs at 3:00 PM, the service will commence at 12:00 PM, and guests are required to arrive at the airport at that time.
We will only serve the number of guests stated in the original booking. If additional guests arrive beyond the confirmed number, we reserves the right to reject service for the excess guests without refund.
A no-show will be recorded if guests fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed service time, and full charges will apply.
In the event of flight delays exceeding two (2) hours from the scheduled arrival or departure time (STA/STD), the Meet & Greet service will be forfeited.

Our ALLWAYS Concierge will be waiting for you just outside the aerobridge, holding a sign displaying your name for easy identification and a seamless meet-and-greet experience.

- Arrival Meet & Greet Service (subject to selected package): Be welcomed at the arrival gate with a personalized welcome placard and enjoy an escort through immigration checkpoints (where applicable), baggage claim (up to 2 Bag Per Booking), and to your pre-arranged transportation pick-up point. Service duration is up to 1 hour.
- Departure Service (subject to selected package): Meet your Personal Assistant at the passenger drop-off zone and enjoy porter assistance for up to 2 bags per booking, escorted assistance through security and immigration (where applicable), and escort to your airline lounge (if eligible or purchased separately) or boarding gate. Service duration: Up to 3 hours.
