This walk in the Halles alternates between small theatrical moments to discover the history of gastronomy, and sweet and savory tastings: Lyon charcuterie accompanied by a glass of wine, local cheeses, quenelles, the unmissable praline pie, but also macaroons and the famous Lyon coussins.
