Tour of the vineyard and cellar, followed by a tasting of three AOP Bellet Bio wines (rosé, white, red), accompanied by a plate of local products and our olive oil.
During your trip to the vineyard, you will discover one of the smallest vineyards in France, terraced with an unobstructed view of the Baou de Saint Jeannet. This guided tour will teach you everything you need to know about the history of the DOMAINE DE LA SOURCE, followed by a visit to the cellars, where you will learn about winemaking techniques and oak barrel aging.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to sit on the patio or in the garden under the 300-year-old olive trees and enjoy a tasting of three Bellet wines. Bellet wines are nestled in the hills 20 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, where you will find the rare wines of Domaine de la Source. Available in white, rosé, red, and sparkling varieties, they are produced without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
This tasting will be accompanied by local products, including olive paste, olive jam, olive salt, olive and onion paste, jams, and more.
