My pastry workshops take place in Montpellier, in the Méditerranée district, behind the train station, in a warm and fully equipped space. Whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast, I will guide you step by step to make a seasonal dessert or a themed creation, sharing my techniques and professional tips. Each workshop lasts between 2 and 3 hours and includes all equipment, ingredients, and a detailed recipe sheet. The activity begins with a friendly presentation of the ingredients, then we move on to the preparation, step by step, until the final presentation. You leave with your own creations, ready to be tasted, as well as all the keys to reproduce them at home. Ideal to enjoy alone, with family, friends or colleagues.
