Workshop schedule (2 hours)
- Making gyoza (Japanese grilled dumplings with pork and shrimp) and xiaolongbao (Chinese steamed dumplings filled with broth)
- Presentation on the regions of Japan, their landscapes, and their culinary specialties
- Sake tasting and presentation (production process, types of sake, etc.)
The workshop ends with a convivial tasting session to savor the creations made together.
You will prepare the equivalent of 1 to 2 servings, and containers will be provided so you can take your creations home with you.
A large parking lot is available.
