This is a self-guided activity with no meeting point. Go directly to the Bateaux Mouches pier at Port de la Conférence, next to Pont de l’Alma, 75008 Paris.
Your cruise ticket is valid for 180 days from purchase. No departure reservation is required; arrive at least 30 minutes before your preferred sailing.
High season (April–October): departures generally every 30 minutes, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Low season (November–March): generally every 45 minutes, 10:15 AM–9:00 PM. Schedules may change.
Lines may be longer during busy periods. Boats accommodate visitors with reduced mobility. Cruises run in most weather; the route may change with river levels.
The digital audio guide is independent of the boat’s audio system. Bring your own headphones and download the content before your visit.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board.
