Nuance: A cuvée with a lively, fresh attack, generous and indulgent, marked by aromas of plum, mirabelle plum, sweet spices, and pastries. Its finesse makes it an "all-terrain" Champagne, both accessible and elegant. Variation: Our non-vintage rosé, born from a subtle blend with a prestigious red wine. Strawberries and cream, redcurrants and rose jelly on the nose, followed by sweetness and minerality. A unifying and seductive cuvée, perfect with a variety of dishes.
