Operating hours: January 1 to March 31 and November 1 to December 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:30 PM (New Pavilion: 1 PM-4 PM). April 1 to October 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM-5:30 PM (New Pavilion: 1 PM-5:30 PM). Last entry is 30 minutes before closing
Reduced-price tickets are available for children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability of at least 50%), as well as recipients of Arbeitslosengeld I unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply
To visit the New Pavilion, you will need a ticket, which you can obtain at the ticket counters in Charlottenburg Palace, the Old Palace or the New Wing. The guided tour of the New Pavilion is available in German or English.
