Local wine tasting tour in the friendly company of local Cretan families of Greece. Emotional & unforgettable day of wine tasting and cultural exploration in the heart of Crete.
Your adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation, whisking you away to the serene Cretan countryside. As you arrive at the first charming vineyard, the winemakers will greet you with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the rich history of Cretan wine. This is informative tour of the vineyard and winery, learning about the unique grape varieties and traditional methods used in Cretan winemaking.
You will be able to appreciate several types of wines from winery assortment of the most famous wineries of Greece:
- Paterianakis - Small Old Local Family Winery (5 organic wine tasting)
- Lyrarakis - The most World Famous Cretan Winery (5 wine tasting)

Samples of wines presented as part of the wine tasting, you can immediately purchase in the wine cellar.

As the tour comes to an end, you'll be comfortably transported back to your accommodation/hotel/apartment. By any special request (free of charge), we could transfer you at any points of Heraklion City region for an additional staying.

Once booked, Status MLB Travel will contact you with details of pickup time and location. If you cannot find your pickup, you can indicate your location and we will help you find a convenient departure point for the tour bus.

The bus makes stops on the main road on the route located in the Heraklion area: Agia Pelagia, Mononaftis, Ligaria, Amudara, Karteros, Amnissos, Kokkini Hani, Gournes, Gouves, Analipsi, Anissaras, Hersonissos, Stalida, Malia. hotels in the city of Heraklion.
Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before the departure time.
