All our boats have the required documents, the necessary licenses, insurance coverage, and seaworthiness certifications, and are certified by a recognized Classification Society in accordance with the applicable legislation.

**Important:** The itinerary may be modified depending on weather and sea conditions, with the sole consideration being the safety of guests. If conditions do not allow the planned route to be followed and an alternative proposal is not accepted, a full refund is provided.
