We'll kick off our cooking class by preparing some yummy appetizers -"meze" as we call them in Greek. Then it's time for the "hard work": prepare the dough for the pita bread and learn how to prepare and cook Gyros at home in 5 differnt ways
For dessert, try the sweet Patsabouropita or Greek Style Cheese Cake, two of my favorite sweet treats.
After all of your efforts, it's time to sit down and savor each of the dishes you prepared t I will tell you more about our cuisine, traditions and what you shouldn't miss while in the city to help make sure that you get the most out of your time here.
