At the indicated time, we'll leave Madrid in a private vehicle for Almagro, a jewel of Spanish heritage declared a Historic-Artistic Site. During the trip, you can admire the Manchego landscape and relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Upon arrival, we'll meet the rest of the group in the Plaza Mayor de Almagro, one of the most beautiful squares in Castilla-La Mancha. Here, the guided tour will begin with the City Council's Tourist Voucher, which will give you access to the town's main monuments:
• Lace Museum, where you'll learn about the delicate artisanal technique that has made the city famous.
• Corral de Comedias, a symbol of the Spanish Golden Age and the only theater of its kind still in operation.
• Church of San Agustín, with spectacular baroque frescoes.
• Municipal Theater, known as the bombonera.
• Casa-Palacio de los Fúcares, with its elegant Renaissance courtyard.
• Convent of the Assumption of Calatrava, also called the Dominican convent, with a beautiful Renaissance cloister.

To top it all off, you'll enjoy a tasting of local products, Manchego cheese, and Almagro eggplant at La Boutique del Sabor.
And if time permits, you can head to the Mirador de El Silo viewpoint, which offers magnificent panoramic views (entrance included, depending on the season).

You'll head back to Madrid in the late afternoon, after having enjoyed a full day of culture, history, and Manchego flavors.
