Join us in the kitchen to prepare over 10 types of Italian pasta using Michelin-starred recipes.
Step into our kitchen in the heart of Genoa and experience an authentic journey into the tradition of fresh Italian pasta. We will welcome you with a brief introduction, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and share our story—from working in Michelin-starred restaurants to culinary travels across Europe and Australia, culminating in our passion project, Dinoidue.

Next, the hands-on workshop begins: we will teach you the essential techniques for making fresh pasta and guide you through preparing more than ten traditional types, from tagliatelle to ravioli, including Ligurian specialties. You will roll up your sleeves and follow our chefs’ step-by-step instructions, discovering the secrets to perfect pasta dough.

Once the pasta is ready, the most enjoyable part awaits: you will sit down and taste all the dishes you have prepared yourself, accompanied by a glass of wine. Enjoy a convivial experience, savor authentic flavors, and explore culinary curiosities while sharing the meal with other participants.

The experience concludes with a short recap of the techniques learned, ensuring you can recreate these recipes at home and impress your friends with fresh homemade pasta. Along with a delicious meal, you will take home new skills and a genuine memory of Ligurian cuisine. This activity is available in Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
