Mount Rinjani 2D1N Senaru Crater Rim. This tour option takes trekkers to the crater rim opposite the summit. While it doesn’t reach the summit or the lake, it offers incredible views of the crater, making it the easiest option for those who want to experience Rinjani but feel they can’t handle a longer trek. It provides stunning panoramic views and an opportunity to experience the dramatic landscapes of Gunung Rinjani National Park. The tour is suitable for most fitness levels and involves a total distance of 18km with a 2000m elevation gain on day one.
Day 1: Senaru village (601M) –Senaru crater rim (2641 M)
At 07.00am our driver will pick you up in your hotel,and you can leave your luggage in our office,and will explain your trip,
Start the trek at around 7:30AM from the Rinjani Trek Center in Senaru.
Explore the dense tropical forest, abundant with flora, birdlife, and butterflies.
Stop at Post 2 Montong SATAS shelter (1,500 m) for a break.
Proceed to Pos 3 Mondokan Lolak (2,000 m) for lunch.
Continue the trek to the Senaru crater rim (2641m) for 2 hours, and enjoy the spectacular view.
Day 2: Senaru crater rim (2641M) – Senaru village (601M
Enjoy breakfast with a beautiful sunrise.
Descend to Senaru village through the rainforest, with the possibility of spotting the rare black monkey.
Take lunch along the way.
Afternoon: approximately 2 PM
Arrival at Senaru village (601 m)
